Glove box insert replacement

How do you get the glove box insert in a 1966 F100? I tried removing the blower motor, but still not enough room. Any one that can help?????

When you say you removed the blower motor , do you mean just the motor or the whole heater box? When I did mine I had the heater box out so it was fairly straight forward instalation

glove box replacement

In my 65 I had to remove the entire heater assembly.

I am pretty sure the whole heater assembly has to come out like James Northern said. Mine is out already because of a heater core leak.
