Wisconsin is 5% and 58 of the 72 counties add another .5% for a total of 5.5%. There are also the .25% Milwaukee Exposition District Food and Beverage Tax (in Milwaukee County) and the .1% County Stadium Sales Tax (in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington and Waukesha Counties)

Minnesota is 6.5%, though they have a 9% tax on liquor and malt beverages and a combined rate of 16.2% on short term vehicle rentals. All this will change after December 31, 2005, when the rate is dropped to 6.5% across the board. Clothing is not taxed in Minnesota either.

We have a 6% sales tax here in Nebraska thats why I go to Iowa for my gas because it is alot cheaper

Kansas taxes are crrently 6.3% but are scheduled to go up April. There also can be county/city tax added on dependent on where you are in KS.

Indiana is 6%, but there are a few counties or municipalities that have tacked on an additional 1% or so (Fort Wayne was one of them, the last I knew).
