If you're in no hurry, I will be demoting my power window/lock '91 XLT to manual windows later in the summer, and I'll be looking to sell my perfectly operable power setup (windows, anyway).
The only thing wrong with the windows: driver side metal frame holding the glass at bottom pulled off. If you have good manual windows in your ride now, I'm told that they're directly interchangeable with power.
That frame pulled off at the same time a power lock motor died (second time, $96.00/motor), and I ain't a-gonna fix it!
Are the window motors running?
If they are not go to your closest mom and pop hardware store and buy a set of ten cent motor brushes. Clean the armature and put them in. You may have to trim them and they should work for another ten years, they have for me.
Are the window motors running, but making a clicking or clunking noice? This usually is the internal clutches. There is a quick and cheap fix for this. Take the large gear set apart. There should be three plastic pins in the gear. You can buy feet of plastic rod for a couple of bucks at your local plastics dealer. Cut them to about a half and inch in length and then place them in and grease it with white grease. Make sure to do this well other wise the pieces will fail prematurely. This has worked well for me and is a lot cheaper then buying a new motor for seventy bucks. Good luck.
Are you looking to replace manual windows with power? Or did the existing power windows quit working?
If the current power window motors are running, but no window action, then most likely the gear is broken. You can get a new gear set for about $15 each versus $75 for each motor assembly.
