anyone replace thier manual sliding rear window with a power unit on an 08?

No but I almost took mine out so I could fit a subwoofer behind the rear seat in the crew cab. I JUST got a 10" woofer to fit.

slider windows

I recently traded an '08 F150 with the power window and bought my new F250 with a solid-glass window. I kept forgetting to close the darn window! One time I left the window open about 3 inches and a freak'in bird flew in and apparently had a hard time trying to get out. There were bird feathers and bird crap in several spots throughout the cabin! It's funny now, but not when I was cleaning up bird siht!!
