Tailgate Latch Pins: Dimensions
Hi,
The body "pegs" onto which my talkgate latches lock are worn such that the tailgate rattles. If anyone has a moment would they please measure the dimensions of the plastic sleve that is on these pegs so I may get a replacment. Replacing the whole unit would be difficult in the UK so I was going to make some new sleves. They look about 5/8" dia but mine are so worn I can't be certain.
At the moment a good wrapping with PVC tape suppresses the rattle but its not a very elegant fix.
