Wipers Problems

I have a 1992 XLT V6 Explorer the wipers only work on high. i HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT NO LOCH PLEASE HELP<HR>

I had the same problem on my '96 Explorer. I had to replace 2 relays that were in the power distribution box under the hood (driver's side of vehicle, near the firewall). I'm not sure if the problem would be the same on a '92, but it might be something similar. Check your owner's manual and see if it has a diagram of the power distribution box...if it does, look for any relays with "wiper" in their name.....my '96 has a "Wiper Hi-Lo Relay" and a "Wiper Run Relay". I took them to NAPA and got replacement relays, plugged them in and then the wipers worked perfectly.
