Acclorater Question
When i mash on the accelorater, about the first 1/2 inch or so of travel is dead. Nothing happens. I've read about the 'hot foot' mod, but all the info. I've read, says its for the 97 thru 01 models. Is the pedal setup the same on my 95?

The pedal is the same dude, I have a 95 you can see in my gallery if you like. If you ding with the validation switch by bending the tab slightly you can get ride of this dead travel. It was one of the first things I did in 95 when I got this truck. Hated that. Slot the TPS too and twist it around a little as this will get you a little more throttle voltage as well. I would get the dead travel spot fixed first and then work on the TPS...JMO anyway
