bad ball joints

bad ball joints
the ball joints in my 86 f150 2wd are alittle worn out, would that be what that clunk noise in the front end is when I turn, or drive on uneven ground, the radius arm bushings seem to be solid

Best way to tell is get it up on jack stands. Then you can turn the steering and check where the play is at.
