wheel swap/interchange

I currently own a 99 Flareside F-150 which I bought new and am looking for specs/info on which Ford OEM wheels will interchange/fit on this truck. I really like the "Lightning" style wheels and some "Heritage" style - any help is appreciated!

Any 97-03 (04 Heritage) F150 rim will fit.
