supercrew toolbox?

supercrew toolbox?
I'm interested in adding a toolbox to my 2004 supercrew. Does anyone know where I can find one that fits? I would like to get one that doesn't rest on top of my paint. Kind of a box that can't be seen? Any ideas?

You need a CHEST toolbox ... just under 48" wide. Check my gallery for pics of the 'cheap' one I got from Tractor Supply Company for just under $250 after tax. There are many manufacturers of such boxes. Search this specific 2004-2005 forum for "toolbox." Good luck!

If your looking to store a lot of tools or need the room. I'd get a box that sits on the bedrails. I have a Dee-Zee Competitor series on my truck and it was the deepest box I could get and I still have room to slide shovels and rakes under it, I have pics in my gallery of it. As far as not sitting on the paint my 04 came with factory bedrail caps on it. But if you don't want to see it I'd go with Gordopanocho's idea or with the low profile style box. With finding a box any truck store or major auto parts place should have em or can at least order one that will fit your truck.
