How do you stop the battery cover from Rattling???

Maybe you guys can help me with this one. I've been hearing loud rattling noises from the passengerside engine bay, and I finally found out where it's coming from. It's the Battery cover that obviously goes right over the battery. I can move it all over the place by hand and it's extreamly loose. How can I make this tight?? I don't see any clips or anything where it's help in place, just looks like it was thrown there and nothing to hold it down?

I need your help on how to fix this? Thank you!!

I understand it is suppose to function as a heat shield for the battery. I've heard this complaint before, I think a fair number of owners remove the shield for the same reason.
