I've got the Erson adjustables rockers/shafts/stands...
Do I have to loosen the adjuster to get the stands off? It seems they are binding on the rocker stand bolts because of the spring loading. But, I was really hoping to leave the adjusters in position....But, I guess I'll have to reset the pre-load etc anyway....
Aww Greg dont rub it in.....I cant drink anything til after I sign the new Proposal for the company tomarrow....and Take a flight phisical....and then it YEEHAWWW!!!

this blows...
I know it's too late, especially after a few Shiners, but turning the crank 45 degrees past TDC "should" remove most load from the rocker assemblies.
The sldege hammer and subsequent comments were meant for your amusement.
I'll get back after those rockers shortly. Then I'll have the intake off and I'll let ya know what I find. I'll try to get the intake off without completely rearranging the gaskets. I'd leak to see where they were reall at...But, that's probably just a dream.
Oh Greg, I didnt think you to a damn hammer to your pride and joy motor!! I was just reffering to too (what did you do to it) as meaning...you jave known for Quite some time that your linkage was a piece of ****...
Not Ragging on you at all..cause I drove and raced mine with what I felt as a funky linkage...and when I had the trans rebuilt..and Sean talked me into the B&M car shifter...I said DAMN..what a freaking difference!!
I would tell you what Vacuum Modulater I have (what color stripe) but the last guy that asked me..I went out to look...and it had so much road crap on it..I couldnt tell what color it was!! LOL...
