Vent window seals

Vent window seals
I'm ready to tackle replacing the vent window seals and install an anti rattle window kit in my 49 F-1. The old vent window seals are like concrete. What is the best way to remove the vent window/frame to accomplish this feat?

T bucket, try this! I haven't personally tried to remove the vent but I'm going to have to eventually. Hope this info helps.
