What's up with these problems???? HELP!!

I've got a 2000 F-250 superduty powerstoke with 141,000 mostly highway miles on it. I've recently had 2 problems come up that have me stumped as to the cause.

First problem. I live in Maine and work in Connecticut and the other day as I was blasting along in Cruise control when the truck dropped out of cruise and the ABS light came on. At the same time the speedometer started acting erratic and jumping around.

The condition cleared when the truck was shut off but has since happened a half dozen times.

Any idea what could be causing this to occur?????

Second problem. On a long run in 4 wheel drive at 65 to 70 MPH, the OD indicating light on my lever started to flash. I checked the book and it says to have the transmission serviced. I did and it happened again while traveling at a similar rate of speed.
I also am getting the LOW Range indicating light on while it is really in High range 4 WD.

Is something out of adjustment or am I just driving too fast for my 4 wheel drive???
