Check your fuel pressure and codes.

i am also interested my 92 is doing the same thing but wont start. gave it 2 oilchanges in 2 days, oiled the cyl to get comp back up (with fuel relay removed) and instantly dumps fuel back into the oil. the entire fuel system has be replaced exept the injectors

check that EGR again, if that things stuck open it'll run like crap except if its supposed to be open (cruising speed). there should be no vacuum to it when youre idling

Yeah I ended up throwing another o2 in it and no more issues, after I moved my air tube from infront of the o2 to after the o2.
