I have a 2010 f150 that has a rough start and is running rich. After about 10 seconds it runs great but rich, after logging ltft bank 1 and 2 at -25. O2's are about .45 volts, so it is rich
prior to this the evap purge valve replaced, months after no start occured and fuel pump was replaced (from vacuum crushing it)
then it had a rough idle, I monitored fpdm %, it was very high, so I replaced fuel pump driver and it ran better, but rich. So I pulled spark plugs, they were white from a lean condition due to pump failure, replaced plugs and boots and that cured the misfires. All Motorcraft parts. Anyways so now I'm here, running rich and rough start. Fuel pressure is koeo 50 psi.
couple questions-

I try to monitor PID fuel pressure psi, and there is no data. Is this not supported in this truck? I realize pcm monitors fuel pressure, outputs 0-5 v to fpdm, fpdm pwm pump for correct psi.

pulled plug 8 and looked like it had dust on it, very odd, any ideas? (No misfire though at idle)

I cleaned maf, idle is at 5.3 g/s. Is this normal?

possible flex fuel sensor issue? Perhaps it is measuring incorrect octane and therefore creating a rich condition? Any advice or experience with faulty octane sensor?

cat converter issue? Would it not get very hot from fuel finishing burn in the cat and create a dtc for this?(also drive ability is normal, perhaps a little underpowered but not bad)


I sprayed starting fluid around intake, no vacuum leaks.
no rattle or abnormal engine noise.

I have experience tuning and working on a lot of gm vehicles, not so much ford. Very familiar with electronics, tuning, Afr etc.
