Question Baretta washer tank problem.

Have a 88 Baretta here and I cannot figure out why the washer does not spray the fluid.
All lines are not plugged. The motor to pump the fluid works, but nothing syphons up to spray the windshield.
No one sells just the pump which is build into the wiper motor and can easily be removed with a clip. They want you to buy the whole assembly.
The question is anyone know maybe what is stopping the fluid from flowwing and how to fix it?

Why not buy just an aftermarket universal washer fluid pump. You bolt it to the fender and re-run your washer fluid lines and the power to the pump and it works. Have used a couple before and they worked fine. The factory ones were expensive and the aftermarket ones were about $20.
