Well if you don't want our help then don't bother hanging out here just to complain... Gees...I can't even figure out what you are trying to say wilderness. Doubt the Ford boys can either.

Good luck.

Go Look At My Other Posts

LOOK I DIDNT COME HERE TO ARGUE THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE FORD SHOULD BE ADDRESSING !!!!!!!!! THERE IS A NO TOPIC MORE INPORTANT THAN SAFETY AND MY POINT IS THEY DONT CARE!OR DONT KNOW! IF IN DOUBT SHUT OFF YOUR MOTOR IN A SAFE PLACE WHILE DRIVING SEE HOW IT STEERS AND BRAKES A NORMAL SPEED I THINK YOU MAY JUST UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU PAID $45, 000 FOR A LEMON I

You had a problem, the Dealer did not fix your truck and you are in arbitration with Ford.

Many trucks are problem free and not all dealers are on the A-list with the technicians they employed. Did a certified diesel mechanic diagnose your truck? Did you ask? Was your technician forced into flat rate to service your truck? What has your dealer done for you? Have you talked to your technician or are you limited to the service write up?

A great buy from a dealer does not meet the requirements to purchase a truck. You come in here to bust our chops when you have already refused to accept your truck and now you want to find an answer.

I do not have an answer for you but try to help as much as digitally possible from what others and I know. We are not going into arbitration with you. I personally would have an answer from my dealer if my truck just shut off on me and missed a near collision with another vehicle. Something happened and good technician should know where to start. Not all problems can be explained with the electronics involved.

So give us a break....we do have some knowledge of this occurring but you have chosen arbitration

I WILL REPEAT MY SELF AGAIN ! THE DEALERSHIP AND THE FORD REPRESENTAVE DEALER TECK AND FORD ENGINEERS ALL HAVE TRIED TO FIX THE PROBLEM THROWING THOUSANDS OS DOLLARS IN PARTS AND LABOR THE DEALER HAS GIVEN UP FORD REFUSES TO COOPERATE AND HAS NO KNOWLEGE OF HOW TO FI X THE PROBLEM NOW I FIND OUT THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER TRUCKS IN A 10 MILE RADIUS 3 2004 S 1 2005 ARBITRATION WAS MY ONLY OPTION NOT A CHOICE I FEEL THAT A NEW VEHICLE SHOULD NOT STOP WHILE DRIVING. WANT TO TRADE TRUCKS?? IF OTHER ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM MAYBE I COULD FIND A FIX AND STOP THE ARBITRATION PROCESS THATS WHY IM HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WELL ENOUGH SAID I WILL NOT BE BACK IM TOO SENSITIVE TOO

Good...all that yelling was starting to hurt my delicate sensitive ears.

I am sure you will do well at your arbitration hearing.

Good luck.

Heck.....I am not sensitive I hope you do well in arbitration.

Dude,

Find another dealer with a better service department.

BTW, I'm still not sure what's wrong with your truck or anything about your truck. All I know is that it cut off on you at least once and you've parked it in your backyard because you're mad at your dealer and Ford because they can't tell you why it did this. And you are going to arbitration for this?????

After reading along I have to say--- All the guys posting in here are helping from what they have learned from reading, listening and experienced in there own situations!

If you come in here with your mind set and are ****ed, then nothing anyone says is going to make a difference! These guys are here because they love trucks and love personalizing them .

When advice is given in it is usually an OPINION-- take it or leave it. But don't bitch and moan if you don't like what is being said- remember you asked.

I own 2 F250 04' models and have yet to find a reason to post a question. If I do ask, then I know these guys will give me as much info as they can but are not telling me my business- remember YOU asked!

Thumbs down

ok now (EDITED BY ADMIN )...everyone should be up to speed on whats been wrong with my truck from my previous posts and its currently in the shop for the same ol same ol.....i talked to my dealer about an hour ago and they're telling me the noises im hearing from my transmission is normal and that there is a service bulletin that says so..(AGAIN).. ...if this were normal then A) it would have done it when i TEST drove the NEW truck! before i dropped 40 grand on it B) it wouldnt have just all of a sudden started around 4k C) they wouldnt have dont major costly repairs to the truck such as the planetary assembly nor would they have attempted to fix it 4 times before finally saying its normal ( sounds like they cant think of anything else so lets tell this guy its normal, what the (AGAIN) it would be something that occurs on all torqshift transmissions not on just a few of them....i know a few ppl with several build dates from 03 to 05 of 6.0's and they dont have problems so why should I??? E) if all else fails and this is "normal", which they cant convince me it is but anyway, then i feel that i was severely mislead into buying this truck because i would never purchase a vehicle that makes this noise when shifting gears it just doesnt sound right or feel right because this is definately not the same truck i signed the paperwork on at the dealership to pay on for 72 months.......i think its all a load of (and one more) so heres my question, do any of you guys or gals have any pointers for me when i go into the dealership tomorrow to bring it to their attention once again that i want this truck replaced....

YOU have mail..Admin

I know my dealer is good and one local to me has no clue. I would seek advice from another dealer near you. Start climbing the chain of command and keep going when you are past the dist rep.

ive got a fairly new edge juice module...i bought a used juice module, a friend of mine had it in his truck for about 2 weeks before he sold the truck and the edge to me, i recently had it upgraded to go with the attitude i boutght but if you've read my other posts you know the trouble ive had with my truck, ive never installed the module i bought it while my truck was acting up (see 6.0 buyback post) and i havent put it in b/c i want my truck fixed before i do so but after reading some of the stuff you guys have said about it im kinda scared to, what do you think....

Boy clemsonsuperduty...I'm really not up on the lemon laws as regards to used vehicles...but I don't think the laws are the same for second tilte holders as they are with first title holders. Have you checked your states laws yet?

Is there any possiblilty that your buddy installed the programmer and got on it a little to hard before he sold the whole shebang to you? Hence...tranny issues that Ford cannot diagnose? Just wondering?

kw,

Not sure if he meant that his buddy sold the truck to him with the unit uninstalled or if his buddy sold the truck (to somebody else) and then sold the unit to him. Clemson could definitely help us by clarifying this for us. I would tend to go with your interpretation except that earlier in the post he mentioned that he bought a used juice module without mentioning buying the truck at the same time. - ????????
