Guage face replacement

Guage face replacement
Has anyone done this? I have heard that it is challenging. I was thinking about buying a white replacement guage face. If anyone has done this and would like to share their experience, I would appreciate it.

Thanks for the links. It seems to be a mixed bag of replies as to the ease of installing them. Didn't see to many for anything current. Most were older models. Still might do it as they are very nice looking and do seem to brighten the dash up.
