on demand shift does not place car into 4x4 mode. when pressing button you can hear relay clicking. ford dealership says that the t-case motor may be seized/shot.

Probably same problem I had and now mine is fixed. Thanks to the guys on this site. I've got 94 Bronco XLT. Same electronic shift transfer case as 93. Read my post and reply on how to fix it if it is the shift motor. My post is titled "Transfer Case not engaging 4x4".
i also called i mechanic i know at a ford dealership he said to pull the electric motor out and rebuild it and put it back in! so i am going to do that tomarrow
