F-150 Lug pattern

Does anyone know what size lug pattern is on the 1989 F-150 4x4? I want to buy some new rims on Ebay, but I don't know what I need!

5x5.5 you say? Is the first 5 for 5 Lugs? The 2nd 5 for the Lug size? What if the rims are like 15 X 8 or 15 X 7? Does the 7 or 8 matter as long as it is 5x5.5?

A 15x8 wheel is 15" diameter and 8" wide. A bolt pattern of 5x5.5" means 5 bolts in a 5.5" diameter circle. Most 1/2-ton trucks with 5-lug wheels use 1/2" diameter wheel lugs.
