F-150, Bronco, Scout, Jeep CJ's, Dodge trucks, and I know there are few more. There are quite a few vehicles that ran that bolt pattern. For aftermarket wheels, there isn't that many but there are some. Most guys convert to the smaller 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern.
You can search for the pattern on E-bay, I have did it before.
If you're looking for something modern I just found out my 2005 Dodge Dakota has 5 on 5.5 pattern. I haven't tried one on my original 49 F-1 yet so I'm not sure about the width and center hole size. All Ford passenger cars had that pattern from 1928 to 1948. Mercury cars had the pattern from 1939 to 1950 something. Chrysler Imperials had them in the 50s too, so there are lot of older cars with that pattern...

That's interesting. I knew the early Dakota's had the small 5-lug pattern and then they switched to 6-lug. I guess they are back to the 5-lug and the same pattern as the new Rams. Leave it to Dodge.

Not that I'm aware of. I know some F-100's (80-83, some had the small while some had the big patten. Possibly some from the 70's too, I'm not sure) had 5x4.5 bolt pattern.
Also make sure you know the backspacing on any wheels you want to buy...
Backspacing basically is the distance from the center of the wheel on the inside (where lug nut holes are) to the back edge of the rim . This distance will determine how far in or out the rims sit on the hub, and how they fit inside the wheelwell.
Anybody selling wheels should be able to giveyou the bolt pattern and backspacing if you ask for it, if they cant or wont then I wouldnt take a chance (especially thru internet sales) as it cost too much to ship heavy things back and forth.
good luck with the rim hunt, Ed
