Lug Pattern?
I know that these trucks are 8 lugs, but what is the exact lug pattern for them?

Just criss-cross. Like on the clock...12, then 6, then 3, 9, 2, 7, 10, 4. Then go back and do them all again in the same order. Use a torque wrench if possible, it's important to have them tight enough, evenly torqued, but not too tight.
This is the way I've always done it, somebody else may know a better way.

Nope those are 8x6.5 inches.
Edit: Those fit dodges, chevy's and older fords. Maybe email the seller and ask if they have 8x170 with the correct backspacing your looking for.

Correct, measured straight across from each other.
