84-85 Transmission
I have a 1984 Bronco II 4x4 4 Speed Manual w/ Over Drive w/ the 2.8L Engine. Anyways the transmission doesn't have Reverse anymore. And I have friend with a 1985 Ranger 2 Wheel Drive 4 Speed w/ Over Drive that doesn't use the truck anymore and is willing to let me use it as parts if I need anything would the transmission from the Ranger work in my BII?

Yes, I know this they are exactly that same just about. But, I was just wandering if anyone knew if there was a difference between the 84-85 models and if the 85 2 wheel transmission would work right in the 84 4X4?
