Cabin Air Filter/ AC Filter

Parts guy is wrong. The only way an Expedition of any model or year could be equipped with a cabin air filter is if someone purchased a now-discontinued kit from a Ford dealer or Ford OEM parts supplier that installs a filter in the air plenum under the dash. Ford never installed a cabin air filter in the Expy as either standard equipment or a factory option.

I have a print out from Hastings Premium Filters and it says 1997-on Expedition, F- series Trucks. 1998-on Navigator. But what they show as far as filter housing cover does not look like what I have under the glove box. I dont think I have a filter there either. Thanks.

Fram shows that Ford Kit as # F65Z-1
477AA but, like PaulC wrote, it may be difficult/impossible to find.
