Cabin Air Filter
I have a 2005 EB Expedition. Where is the cabin air filter, and how do I replace it?

according to my computer, you dont have one. i wazs looking for one on my 03 as well.

would this include the 05 navigator too. I wonder why they are getting away from these.

Good question, if nothing else Ford could make a ton of dough charging $75 for a paper filter like every other automaker.

yes...97-2002 have them. it appears that you remove the pass. side cowl to gain access to it.

nope, not all of the 1997-2002 expeditions have them. The mythical cabin filter has been the subject of many debates.

i didnt say all, just that they were made for the 97-02's. hope this doesnt come across wrong. not trying to be rude.

Right, I understand what you meant. The general concensus is that the cabin air filter doesn't actually exist in most of the trucks out there.
