Cabin air filter

Is there and where is the cabin air filter for a 2000 EB 5.4 Exp.

I don't think that the 97-02 Expeditions or Navi's have a cabin air filter.. I know that the F-150's don't have one!! I worked at Ford for 6 years & dont ever remember seeing one on a truck..

I think it was a dealer installed option on my 01, but I did not opt for it

Oh, BTW one quick way to find out is call dealer Parts and see if they have a part#

A cabin air filter was neither standard equipment nor a factory option. The filter kit, IIRC, was discontinued a few years ago.

That was one of the things that the dealership told me that they were going to replace at the 90K service. But then again we see how that turned out....
