engine swap

Would a 351 w bolt up to my '78 f100's c-6? I don't actually know what engine is in there right now but i know it has a c-6

First off, welcome aboard!

Secondly, one quick way to tell for yourself, take a look at the top two bolts on the C6 case. If the top of the case bell is flat and the two bolts are 5" center-to-center apart, then it will fit (small block bolt pattern).
