Engine Code P-1211

Hello everyone I am hoping that someone can help me I have a 2002 F-350 Superduty with and automatic and I have just installed one of the Bully Dog 6 Position chips in it I have noticed that when I am letting off of the the throttle after a hard acceleration that my pickup seems like it misses a couple times and then it gives me a SES light and the Code is 1211, then it seems to run fine. I am running stock injectors with a AFE Stage 2 Intake and 4in Exhaust I have talked to the Dealer and that code is a Injector Control Pressue Above/Desired. I need some help with this. If anyone has had this problem let me know.

Not much you can do about it. Some chips throw that code in some trucks. You could try having Bully Dog reprogram it, but it's fairly common for a chip to set that code.
