P0381,GLOW PLUG MAL. P0197,P1212? NEED HELP.

I've just got done rebuilding my 7.3 and was running pretty good, accept for starting in cold weather.
I have codes P0381 glow plug cir malf, P0197 EOT cir low input,P1212 IPC volt low input, and P1211 injector pressure above below desired?

I have repaced the IPC, EOT, and glow plug controller erased the codes
and they still come on dosent start unless pluged in so I dont think the glow plugs are working. As for the injector code I have no idea what that could be, I have new injectors and o -rings??

Any ideas would help thanks.

Have you got a scanner that can monitor live data? You'll want to watch what your EOT readings are and ICP psi. Sounds like you may have a wiring issue somewhere. 1211 & 1212 both refer to the ICP sensor so there are no "injector codes" for you to worry about.

I only have an edge evo tuner that is where I got the codes from, I have no access to another scanner.
The code P1211 I thought said inj. press above / or below desired that is ICP? As for wiring any suggestions?
Thanks.

Injection pressure is what the ICP reads. I'd start by checking the wiring harness on the ICP sensor and the EOT sensor since those are your codes.

Checked the wiring everything seams to be pluged in the right spot. could it be a problem with my pcm or a relay, fuse? Also could it be glow glugs not workin because of the EOT malf.

Yes. The GPR has 2 large posts on it. One will have battery voltage (12v) with the key turned off. The other large post will only have power for up to 120 seconds immediately after the key is turned on. If you don't see power at the 2nd large post then you either have a bad relay or a wiring issue.

To test the glow plugs you need an ohm meter. Disconnect the flat wiring connector on the inboard side of each valve cover. You will see 9 flat pins inside there. Test the front two pins and rear two pins on each side against battery ground. An ohm reading of less than 2 ohms indicates a good glow plug.
