I have a 1993 Ford F250 Turbo Diesel and I was wondering if I have the Full Floater. Also how do you know whether you have the limited slip or not. Would the codes on the door help ? My door axle code is B1 and by the manual it says that it is a 4.10 gear. Also what is the cheapest brand for lockers, and lifts.

With the diesel, you definately have the full-floating axle. Generally, a letter code on the door post means you have the limited slip as well.
When shopping for lockers/lifts, you do NOT want to only consider price. Your truck takes care of you, take care of it by not putting cheap parts on it. If you do, it will repay you by leaving you stranded someplace.
There are hundreds of choices as far as both go. There's a suspension forum as well as an axle forum. Do a search in each forum, and you'll have tons of information. Both topics have been talked to death.
Is it true that you cannot put an old rear diff from a 1990 f250 with a full floater to a 1993 w/o changing the yoke? If I change the yoke from the old f250 would it work? Also what work is needed to make the front diff match the rear or is it ok to keep the old gearing 4:10 with a rear of 3:55?
I don't know about the yokes but you CANNOT run a 4.10 in the front and a 3.55 in the rear. If you do, best case scenario is you'd break a driveshaft. Worst case, either diff, transfer case, transmission, it could get ugly.
There is a break at '92/'93 for gears for the 10.25" axle. I'm not sure if the yoke has anything to do with it or not. I know there are long and short yoke versions of the axle, but not sure what years apply to what. Guess I don't know much, do I? LOL.
Small differences in the ratio are ok, like 4.09/4.11, but not 3.55/4.10...
Cheapest auto-locker for the 10.25" is the Powertrax Lock Right, which I have in my 10.25" F350 rear axle. Cost about $325 and works good . Other lockers that fit the 10.25" are the Trac Tech Detroit Locker, for about $500-600, the ARB Air Locker for $1000+ with the compressor, and the Trac Tech Electrac, which is probably around $600-800, not certain on that.
