Which Chip/Module To Purchase

Go with the diablo sport chip available at motorhaven.com. The chips are better because they are cusotm tuned to your computer code on your truck, and are tuned to give performance gains at all RPMs and throttle positions, not just Wide Open Throttle like the Jet chip is tuned. Also, the Diablo is only about $200, which I believe is much cheaper than a jet chip.
