I just got a silver 2000 Ford F150 XLT extended cab pickup and I want to accessorise it to have a really cool look for it. I am only thinking about the exterior right now and want to keep the cost fairly low while keeping the paint job the same way. I was thinking about some kind of brush guard, hood scoops, and a visor set from Lund Industries (not trying to advertise I just don't know if everyone knows what I am talking about by that) as of right now. I only have a bug shield and step bar. Is this a good idea so far? I need suggestions.

Welcome to FTE! Sounds like you are on the right track. You might also consider different headlights and corners, Grill, Lower valance, tail lights, tinted windows, etc...
I've added a bug guard, vent visors, Silverstar headlamps, custom exhaust, and a billet gas door since getting my F150 Two months ago. American Racing Outlaw II's are next after the weather breaks. There's a few ideas.
Take at look at my gallery. I haven't done that much stuff to it comsmetic wise, but if I were you I'd get new taillights, I just dont like the look of the stock ones after putting on my APC's.
