None up here where I'm at; WA is a taxpayers worst nightmare. WA is the third most hostile state in the country in which to operate a business so everyone, consumers included get nailed. I'd maybe think midwest somewhere. But then again, I'm more of a fan of not being in any city altogether .
You know, I kinda like where I'm at. Just enough outside of the city to be 'country', and just near enough that I can still get DSL. Maybe a location with wintners that aren't so cold and constant, but that's the payoff for living in the Midwest.
I forgot to mention that I did live in a little town in the California desert, Mojave . I had some great times there . BUT that was 31 years ago and some 90 pounds ago . Don't know if I could take that kind of heat again . Born and raised in S.F., I like my city. The services for the elderly are excellent. We are getting older . Restuarants here rival anything anywhere, or so I'm told. It's a major city with a small population, relatively speaking. About 675,000 @ 49 square miles in area. When I go to my irish pub, alot of the patrons are from different locales all over the world. I'd say 98% of them love this city. It's not a bad place. I wouldn't mind checking out Austin, Tx. Well, that's my 2 cents .
Been edging away from the city for the last 20 years. Would have been running, but the wife seems to like the traffic, high real estate prices, etc. I can say it'd be in the Pacific Nwst, and it wouldn't be anything remotely resembling a city.
Home of the World Famous Coyote Pancake Mix.
(made with whole wheat flour)
I sent some to Ken last year. Those Georgian's never knew what hit them
There's better. Vijo pancake flour from Ellison Milling right here in Lethbridge. Only available right at the mill. But Coyote from the hoots is purdy good too.
that's pronounced Ky-oat
If I had to pick somewhere else than here, I'd said Sydney Australia. Bondi beach,http://www.voyeurmagic.com.au/panorama.htm
right there. Lotsa fast Aussie Fords.
No city in the States appeals to me, (Crackheads with guns) and even Calgary proved to be too big.
