Cruise control
while working under the dash of a 94 E250 4.9 a white with blue striped wire touched ground. This wire was hot with the ignition on. Now the cruise control doesn't work, but the fuse is good. Is there another fuse or relay for the cruise control?

There is a box under the master cylinder. Check the relays and fuses in it.. I had a bad fuse in that box for my trailer lights, and someone had jury-rigged them so they'd work... It was a 50 cent fuse that had blown..
