Can only get fourth gear

Can only get fourth gear
I have a 95 F-150 and can only get fourth gear. I have put in a new slave cylinder and checked the clutch and pressure plate they look fine any ideas on what else to check on before I check the transmission?

You might check the bushing where the shifter enters the trans., but if you can only get 4th you're probably looking at bent shift forks.
