v10 gets wet?

v10 gets wet?

i bought a 2001 v10 in august. last week i gave it a good bath. on the way home started missing and running rough. next morning it was fine. today drove through snow and it started doing the same thing. any thoughts?

wet coils maybe, did you spray the engine?

didn't wash on engine but sprayed fender wells. but still don't understand driving in the snow would make it do this.

go and have your coil plugs checked. thats what it sounds like to me. maybe someone else has a better explaination.

is there anyway to check them myself. maybe spray with electrical contact cleaner or seal up with silicone? don't know much about it my last truck was a 99 with a power stroke maybe should of kept the diesel.
