Rating Plate codes

Does anybody know how to read the door jam codes to determine the axles?

that is a vin # decoder, you can put the axel codes in here too

Had you posted the codes you would know what they are by now.

well it looks like it has Dana 60's front and rear. Which is fantastic. The truck is a 77 4x4 crewcab hiboy. Thanks for the help and I hope to explore the site a little better and learn my way around.

60's f/r?? is your truck a snow fighter?? was it a plow in the past?? thats one of the few ways these trucks got a dana 60 up front, my 78 F-250 is a snow fighter and its one tough *****!!!!!!

well, the truck was originally a special order from the factory by Idaho fish and game comission. I'm sure they ordered heavy, but I wanted to know for sure.
