Spend your Money on an owners manual instead. It tells you where to find the code under the dash & how to reprogram the keypad to whatever code YOU want.
Or better yet go back where you bought it & make them GIVE you an owners manual.
Used car clean up places usually have a few laying around that they take out of cars as they clean them up.

My Mom has the owners manual. The code is not where the owners manual tells you it is. She is still using the key to get in.

The key? I hope you mean the remote battery-powered keyfob attached to the key chain. Your Expy should have two of them. If not, kindly kick your dealer in the ***.

The problem with finding the code for the doorpad is that Ford apparently used a different system for '03 in which the keypad code was no longer printed on the RAP module, or the RAP module itself is no longer used. Most of the previous posts regarding the location of the code (i.e., under the drivers side of the dash) is apparently only valid for pre-2003 models.

Try starting a new thread with a clearer title, such as: Where is 2004 keypad code? It may help.

BTW, check the owner's manual packet for a credit card sized piece of plastic that has the code. All keypad-equipped Expys left the factory with this card.

I have an 03,EB and have always heard it was written where she is being told. Never looked myself but I did get a laminated card with the master code that came with my manual. Only thing I can suggest is let me take a look under there on my 2003 tomorrow and get back with you.
Let me know if you need it!

She bought it used. The previous owner apparently kept the card.

From my owners manual (2004 Expy) with the keyless entry. It states that the factory set 5 digit code is located on the module which is located under the right hand side of the instrument panel, adjacent to the passenger compartment fuse panel. The five digit code will be in large bold numberson the module label. The Picture accompaning it shows a large (almost triangular shaped) panel in front of the door sill, on the side, not up and under the dash. The location of the fuse panel should allow you to find it easily, according to the picture it is right next to it, but mounted a little higher up (almost caddy corner). The factory code is the master code, and will over ride any other subsequently programmed codes. Hope this helps!
