Alternator Light
Hey Guys, I recently experienced my alt. light on only during heavy acceleration. I went to the local Autozone and had the alternator & battery checked. The technician said both were fine, any ideas what this could be?

Probably the alternator going bad. If you notice it at higher RPM's keep an eye on it. Likely it will start coming on earlier and at lower RPM's as it wears out. What kind of a test did they do to it? What kind of a load did they put it through during the test?
The good news: Alternators are easy! The first one I did was an hour. Second one about 35 minutes.
