Lightning Motor Into 4x4

Does Anyone Know If Putting A 2004 Lighting Engine Into A
2000 F150 4x4 Is Feasible?

First off, let me say welcome aboard!

Secondly, although I know little about the newer motors, seems to me you would not want a high-rev/rpm performance motor in a 4x4. I welcome all views/insights.

I put a 94 lightning motor into my 92 4x4, I know.............not even remotely what you are talking about, but I just had to blab it out anyway

Lightning Motor Into 4x4

I am considering putting a Lightning motor into a 1997 Expedition 4x4. I believe that a 2002 5.4 Triton will go into the 1997 with minimum difficulty, but I suspect that a 2003 or 2004 5.4 would pose more difficulties because in 2003, Ford introduced the new model Expedition. The same may be true for the F-150.
