Coil Upgrades
Truck - 1977 F250 460, AT, 2WD

I was thinking about upgrading the coil but the search wasn't much help. Which ones work and which ones are snake oil....

If your engine is stock, with the stock ignition, then I would not waste my money on a coil. The stock one will do fine. I don't like the idea of the stock ignition module driving a hotter coil. Something's got to give somewhere.
