Wrong Temp on Inside Outside Temp Indicator

Why an I getting the wrong temp readout in my truck for the outside air temp this is the same location as the compass direction

What is the temp reading? Too high/low? The temp sensor is in front of the radiator under the plastic cover, it may be damaged or obstructed.

10-15 degrees too hot

also where EXACTLY is the sensor

you said by the radiator tell this old foggy exactly where
