You might try one of the catalog on line stores like Jeg's or Summit. There are usually several different add-on pedal styles available that you may be able to adapt that could allow you a different foot position or angle. If you have problems locating them, try the sport compact sections.

Use the cruise more. Not really a cure, but my wife has problems with the pedals, so she uses the heck out of cruise control, resting her foot on the floor. Seems to work pretty well, except in traffic of course.

me to, we never use them. they are always all the way to the floor. any other positon and you have to move the seat way back and reach for the steerwheel.
