It sounds like it's a little too late to gather that data.
I would like to know the specific cam that he used. When you go to his site, there is a long list of cams in his cam selection section but I never saw which one he chose.
Have a great day,
Doc
..................Look at the bottom of the Parts list...#FC5433\5216H110....$171.60. This is somewhat close to the Crane Cams ...#133042 , which is the cam I used in my 400 project . I've got to replace my old Carter AFB 650 carb as it is wornout . After perusing all the posted HP\Torque figures I'll be ordering a Holley 650 , Double Pumper for my 400 . Don't know which will be better for fuel consumption , the mechanical <> or vacuum secondaries , OR does it make any difference ?? Maybe someonewill comment . sk
I'm glad this thread is back.
I'm a bit confused here, so see if you mods can help me out.
Why is TMI's web site censored? I don't understand why it would be.
The only thing that i can see as to why this tread was removed is that he talked about selling the motor. Is this the reason?
From our guidelines, which all users agreed to when registering:
No Advertising - ads, solicitations or other commercial content is

their products.
Any company wanting to use the forums to promote their site, advertise their work, link to their commercial site, etc., must be a sponsor. Being liked, technical or popular doesn't exempt a user from the guidelines. The policy is not up for negotiation.
I'm glad to see this back. I realize it is a fine line between doing this sort of work in a commercial environment, and sharing this info with us vs. the guidelines about sponsorship. I don't feel he was trying to drum up business here, and appreciated all the info he shared. But rules are rules. I hope Tim continues to contribute here.
