Low Oil Pressure
Start up is at 50psi and after it is running to temp it is like around 19-25 psi.
what is my problem?
thank you again

Did you have new cam bearings installed? That is a place where oil pressure can be lost. A lot of people think the bearing clearances on the crank will cause this and they may but I have seen 350 chevys with 2 rod bearings completely hammered out and still carrying normal oil pressure.
Now I have to ask you about your guage. The ones that come in those old trucks aren't worth a flip. So if you are going by that you need to recheck. I have a good mechanical guage on a grease gun hose that I screw right into the engine to check oil pressure with. On my 72 300-6 I thought it was low since thats what the dash guage showed and I checked it with the mechanical and found that I actually had 50 psi at high idle so I put a mark on the face of my guage with whiteout.
I must tell you though my expertise is not so much with engine internals although I have been inside of quite a few, only 3 FEs I think. So maybe someone who is more proficient with the internals will offer something here. If not let me know and I will dig out some service manuels and research the oilflow path and see if I can get some more ideas.
In my newly rebuilt motor I idle at just below 25 PSI and it runs at around 50 when cruising along. Both readings are with the engine thoroughly warmed up.
