Question Puzzling white foam/bubbles

My truck has this white foam in the top of the radiator. It does not get hot at all gauge reads between O and R.It does not have water in the oil.It does not have oil in the radiator. It does not use coolant. nor do I smell antifreeze out the exaust. Thier is no steam. It runs real good and no missing. I got a new radiator a while back is thier a chemical I need to flush thats still in thier. I have no other signs of a blown head gasket
thanks
Dustin

i have seen that once before, we took the thermostat out and put a water hose in it, took the top hose off of the radiator and stuck another hose in the radiator, let them run for about 10 minutes, then mixed 50/50 water, antifreeze foam never came back
