FYI, carbon build up causes higher compression, which happens over time, and thats why a pinging problem is usually caused by carbon buildup.

The compression numbers you are seeing will not cause a miss fire keep looking fuel or fire.

pulled the fuel rail and the injectors. expeced to see gummed up injectors. they are spotless! a little build up at the o-ring. but otherwise GOOD!

Still runs bad, misfire, rough idle. the engine will just slowly sputter down and die at idle sometimes.
