1994 Explorer Interior Lighting Problem

1994 Explorer Interior Lighting Problem
I hope someone out there can help me. I have a 1994 Explorer Limited, the interior lights will not go out unless I pull the fuse. I have checked everything I can think of. Has anyone ever had this problem? Please Help!!!!
