Question Cam recommendations.

My stepdad was asking me about a cam for my 300 and I told him a low RPM one for SURE!like idel-3500RPM max
I saw a crane cam with 260*/272*adv,.458"/.487" RPM 1200-5500.
Will it be some "good" gains are will the be subtle?
How can it have great low end like they claim and have op range of 1200-5500RPM-is that misleadment?I was thinking like stated above 900-3500 max.
Would EFI split manifolds help or hurt low end torque?
Would an offenhouser DP intake with a HOLLEY 4BBL 390CFM help low end
What about an electric fan?

So here's my Combo:
Cane 260/272 cam
EFI split manifolds
Offe DP intake with a Holley 4BBl 390CFM
4.30 gears with 235/85R16E tire to start but want 33's
How good of a pulling combo would that make combined with a NP 435 4speed and and F250 with a Massive rear spring pack/F350 Brake booster
What is the most wieght this truck"should" pull trailer wise?
Thanks
Dustin
